Guaranteed Reservations and Deposits

• All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card
• Advance deposits may be required during predetermined dates

 

Cancellation Policy

• Reservations must be canceled (48) hours prior to arrival date unless otherwise stated
• For cancellations that occur within (48) hours prior to the arrival date, the fee of one night room and tax will be charged to the credit card on file

 

Arrival Time – 3:00pm

• Early arrival requests
  • To ensure an early arrival the room must be reserved the night prior to your stay

 

Departure Time – 11:00am

• Late departure requests
  • Past 11am: Extend to 1 pm departure as a courtesy based on availability
  • Past 1pm: 50% charge of the reservation rate up to a 4 pm departure.
  • Past 4pm: Full reservation value charged to credit card on file up to 11am departure the following morning.
